The new year is almost upon us, before we wrap up 2019, we’ve got some exciting news to share!

Longtime employee Joshua A. Krause has been named to Partner status. Krause will head development at our downtown Fresno studio and continue to divide time producing, directing and editing on many of our projects. His partnership was made official in early August.

“I wholeheartedly believe in this company and where we intend to go,” said Krause. “We have a solid core of talented folks here at Windsong, and as far as we’ve come as a company in these past eight years, I feel like we’ve really only scratched the surface.”

Currently, Krause is in production directing a feature-length documentary on teen suicide and suicide prevention efforts. A 5-minute short of the doc was created as part of The Big Tell earlier this year. Through Windsong, Krause has produced projects ranging from the Netflix documentary “The Art of Organized Noize,” to unscripted videos for RedBull, Young Money Enterprises, Brandman University, the City of Ontario, American InterContinental University (AIU), Kaweah Delta Medical Center, and Vrbo, among many other projects. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America.

Before joining Windsong, Krause spent eight years producing feature-length documentaries in Los Angeles with Quincy Jones’ QD3 Entertainment. Most notably he produced the critically acclaimed Sundance documentary, “The Carter” with Lil Wayne.
